Jeffrey Barrett, manager of Coldwell Banker King Thompson/Newark and myself visited Mrs. Bankes economics class today at Licking Valley High School. We spoke to her 7:45am class as well as her 8:30am class regarding real estate and how it relates to economics etc.

Before we got started I mentioned to Mrs. Bankes that I better turn my ringer off on my cell phone... Licking Valley has a policy if your cell phone goes off in class you have to take it to the office...then if it happens again they call your parents to come get it. I wanted to avoid the embarrassment of Carol Guanciale having to pick up my phone at LV High School later this afternoon.

The students asked very intelligent questions and for that early in the morning appeared to be interested. I stress appeared.
