The LL Bean duck boot is a good choice for showing homes during snowy winter months. Lace half way up so you can slip off at someones front door. These have a GORTEX insulated liner so sort of bulky. LL Bean has revamped their "Maine Hunting Shoe" or duck boot...worth checking out.*Make sure no holes in socks before you leave house - can make appointment interesting.
